By Ricky Mauch

Sony Ericsson had unveiled it's new Android smartphone dubbed as the X10 Mini back in February, and today it made an appearance on the FCC. Being a Mini version of the Sony X10, the X10 Mini measures just 3.3 x 2.0 x 0.6 inches, and it weighs only 3.1 ounces! The device featurs a 2.5" touchscreen display, and includes some other great features as well, such as GSM/EDGE support, WCDMA bands I, II, and V, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a 5-Megapixel Camera with flash, and the Sony Ericsson Timescape UI. The device will ship with Android 1.6, however, Sony Ericsson has announced that it's entire X10 line will be upgraded to 2.1 by Q4 of 2010. The X10 Mini will be released in Q2 of this year, but there is no word on pricing yet. [wirelessgoodness]
