It looks like Samsung might get into another patent trouble with its new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 II. Apple has already filed a preliminary injunction against Samsung's flagship tablet and Samsung has to give an answer no later than May, 25 (this Friday). If things won’t go well, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 II tablet might be banned for sale in the US. On the other hand, Sammy is already prepared for this kind of trouble and if things won’t go well – they plan to redesign their tablet as they did in summer with the first Galaxy Tab 10.1. It is also interesting to know that HTC was recently hit with a similar ban from Apple, and Apple might not even have to do anything to get Motorola phones off the U.S. market. Correct me if I’m wrong but it does look like Apple has found an interesting way to remove their competitors from the US mobile market and this thing is really working.
