Motorola Will Bring ICS Exceptionally
By Fred Salva

I hope you are familiar with the fact that Motorola is Google’s property now. I can’t say that there has been a noticeable boost of improvements and changes in Moto’s strategy but by all means that Motorola Droid RAZR and RAZR Maxx should be given some credit. According to the latest Motorola’s announcement, in the closest future we are going to see Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich coming on some Moto smart-phones including the RAZR/MAXX, Atrix, Atrix 2, Droid 4 and Xyboards tablets. But what about the Droid 3 or Droid X2? Sorry, not this time and here’s an explanation: "... obviously we want the new release to improve our devices. If we determine that can’t be done—well then, we’re not able to upgrade that particular device." Considering the fact that both Droid 3 and Droid X2 smart-phones are pretty young and have been on the market for a couple of months only, I feel sad that Moto, ruled by Google (and Android is Google’s thing), leaves them behind. Well, goodbye officials, hello rooting!
