Japanese Galaxy S III Will Have 2GB of RAM
By Fred Salva

One of the biggest disappointments for me about the Galaxy S III smart-phone is that it will be released in the USA a bit later than in other European countries. Well, this is not critical but when your neighbor gets a Porsche – you want immediately to get one too. But, I put up with that and even threw my sleeping pills away but it looks like I am going to need them again. While browsing the web I found out that the Japanese version of the Galaxy S III is going to have 2GB of RAM on a board. After that rumor appeared, Samsung and DoCoMo immediately confirmed that really – a Japanese S III will have 2GB of RAM and 1seg TV tuner. Of course, the question is if we are going to see that model here, in the USA but, probably, in a child dreams only. But, there’s an LG handset coming with 2 GB of RAM, so, we will have someone to play with anyway.
