Apple files suit against HTC on Patent Infringement

Today in Android Cell Phone News, earlier today, Apple filed suit against HTC on the basis of Patent Infringement. Apple is stating that HTC has infringed upon 20 of it's patents, and with this declaration - Apple has declared war upon Android. There is no word as to whether Google is involved or not, but from what we've seem, it is only HTC - on the topic of the Nexus One. Now I admit - the Nexus One is - sort of - Android's iPhone... but whether or not HTC has gone so far as to copy Apple's patents - I think - is going a step too far.
